Benefits - ConditionsFirst we would like to welcome you to stay in Villa Samui. Our goal is to help you get an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. Our goal is happy and satisfied customers. It is important that you read this text and accept these terms before you book:1. Villa Samui is within walking or biking distance from the beach, but since the area is a few kilometers away from Chaweng and Lamai etc. we are happy to help you to rent a scooter, bicycle or car. 2. We are cleaning the villa (including change of bed linen) every second day. If additional cleaning is desired, we charge 300 baht per time (one hour). 3. We are happy to pick you up and leave you at the airport at a cost of 600 baht, one way. The car can accommodate a maximum of four passengers per trip. It is new, has leather upholstery and air conditioning. 4. The villa is your home during your stay, but you are liable for any damages incurred during the time that you live in the house and that is caused by you. We ask you to be gentle with the furniture and electronic appliances, etc. An inspection is always done before check in and check-out. 5. Check-in is normally 2PM at the check-in date. If the villa is empty and cleaned before, an earlier check-in might be granted. Check out is at noon. Later check out may be admitted if no other customers is expected that day. 6. Fireworks or firecrackers are not allowed to use in the yard. Please do not use candle lights in the house, due to risk of fire. 7. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa, nor are pets. 8. The area is guarded at night. We are NOT responsible for any theft, but can keep your valuables in safety deposit box if you wish. Please lock the front door and close windows when you are out and at night. This is for your safety and to avoid any theft. The rules and conditions is made to ensure your safety during your holiday.
